*Choose the BASIC habit (one or more - meet yourself where you're at) you're going to challenge yourself with for the month (water, movement, sleep, stress, fiber/protein)

*Post in the community daily with the calendar

*Learn how to show up for yourself when life gets hard

*Ask questions about your habit or ways to get better at it

*Join a community of like minds who are all trying to get better and more consistent with their health!

That's it!

No complicated spreadsheets, no new “ultimate” diet rules, just the BASICS done CONSISTENTLY together!
