She is the creator of the Empowered By The Basics Method, a dynamic speaker known for her motivating Shatter The Quit message, and a passionate teen empowerment and strength training coach.
After five years as an entrepreneur, Sarah understands the juggle of being a mom, wife, business owner, podcast host, and speaker while still trying to make space for herself. A former classroom educator, she now uses that same teaching spirit to guide women and teens in stepping into their power and becoming the strongest version of themselves.
Sarah never imagined herself as a coach, until she became one. After losing 80 pounds and keeping it off for over four years, without fad diets or extremes, she knew she had found her purpose: helping others transform their lives through fat loss, confidence, and sustainable habits. She works with women who have 30+ pounds of fat to lose and are ready to break free from diet culture for good.
Her programs focus on building foundational health habits, emphasizing mindset, movement, and metabolic health. While many come to her for fat loss, they leave with something far deeper—strength, clarity, and resilience. Through the BASIC skills she teaches, her clients become grounded in habits that allow them to thrive no matter what life throws their way.
Sarah’s mission doesn’t stop with women. She is also deeply committed to empowering the next generation, helping teens feel confident, capable, and at home in the gym.
Her ripple effect goal is simple but powerful: when one person becomes their best self, it inspires those around them to do the same.
