I'm Sarah, the heart and soul behind Consistency Over Perfection Fitness and I proudly claim the title of The Basics B*tch, bringing realness, resilience, and results to every woman I work with.

As the creator of the Empowered by the Basics Method, I'm a speaker, a woman's empowerment and strength coach, and the go-to guide for those ready to build confidence and strength from the ground up. After four years as an entrepreneur, I get the balancing act firsthand—mom, wife, business owner, podcast host, event speaker, and still making sure I'm taking care of myself.

As former classroom teacher, I bring my knack for teaching to empower women and teens, helping them find their footing and stand confidently in their power. Coaching wasn’t in my original plan until I lost 80 pounds, keeping it off without any fads or extremes, and realized this is my purpose.

Now, I'm on a mission to help others find that same strength. I know the journey can feel daunting and exhausting—I work with women who have 30+ pounds to lose, guiding them every step of the way.

My programs go way beyond just health and fitness. I'm all about mindset shifts and breaking free from the endless “diet culture” cycle. Sure, women come to me for weight loss, but they end up unlocking so much more. I love helping my clients uncover that “something extra” they didn’t even know they had been holding on to.

By the time women finish working with me, they’ve built a foundation of BASIC skills that make them unshakable, no matter what life throws their way. My mission is bigger than just transformation; it’s about a ripple effect. I believe if I can change one life, that change will spread—one empowered woman inspiring others to find their best selves, just by living it boldly.
