We use a process called Empowered by The Basics Method - In this method, there are three different phases you will work through. The Basics Build up - Where we lay a foundation of health habits - this is a missing piece in all of the programs you have done. The Basics Burn - the beloved fat loss phase where we shed the unwanted fat. And then The Basics Beyond - where we learn how to live beyond dieting - another missing piece in the programs that came before you. We will move in and out of these phases as necessary to get you to your desired result.
Because we build a foundation, we make sure that during The basics Build Up, we address this very common issue a lot of women have. Remember that this is something we fit into our life, nothing something we have to change our whole life to make it work.
Absolutely - in fact, most women come to CP Fitness feeling the same exact way. Through our work together we will remove the overwhelm of the process and find out what works for YOU! Exercise and meal prep are not required pieces of the program.
This process has an incredible amount of layers. With each day with come new challenges and we will have to find ways to continue forward in spite of those challenges. Really digging into the process through each phase will be more than plenty to give you the momentum you need.
I won’t lie, you will have to sacrifice something, but you won’t have to sacrifice everything. As I said above, you should never change your whole life to make ANY program work, and especially mine you won’t have to. We will address in all three phases how to be successful while in social settings, holidays, special moments, and stressful times.
Hiring CP Fitness would be the very first step. The first thing besides that is being patient with yourself. This is very common, and many women experience this. We will build that foundation in Phase 1 and focus on the habits. Most clients lose fat in the build-up phase before we ever head into phase 2! This often happens because we get really solid at the basics of health and look at you as more than a number on the scale. You are a whole person, and we are going to treat you as such.
